Scot Lahrmer became Assistant County Administrator in October 2006. Between 1989 and 2006, Lahrmer served as the city manager of Mason, Ohio. He brings to Clermont County an extensive background in economic development, growth management, and oversight of capital improvement projects. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in public administration from Ohio Northern University and a Master's Degree in public administration from the University of Akron.
